Eligibility & Paperwork
Individuals may be eligible for services at Resilience Residential Services if they:
Are an adult with a diagnosed developmental or intellectual disability
Are able to live in a shared residential setting with appropriate supports
Benefit from 24/7 supervision and structured support
Do not require continuous skilled nursing or hospital-level care
Can participate in daily activities with support and guidance
Are willing to engage in a respectful, community-based living environment
All placements are determined through an intake assessment to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents.
